Alternative wellness care like acupuncture, massage therapy, and sound healing are often treated as a luxury — something reserved for those who can afford a private studio or a monthly membership. For most of our neighbors, that kind of care has simply never been within reach.
Heal the Block LA exists to change that.
At almost every event we host, community members receive sound bowl therapy, auricular acupuncture, massage therapy, and patient education — completely free. No insurance requirements. No income thresholds. No barriers. Just care, brought directly to the people who need it, in the neighborhood where they live.
We do this because we believe healing is not a privilege. It's a right. And because we've seen firsthand what happens when people get access to care they'd otherwise go without: less pain, less stress, and a little more trust that their community is looking out for them.
None of this is possible without support from people like you. Your donation directly funds practitioner stipends, event supplies, and the outreach that makes sure our neighbors know this care is available to them.
